About,
Me.

See the structures behind inequality, build better systems.

Observer of systems. Challenger of inequity. Designer of change

I’m Susan — a student drawn not just to doing good, but to understanding why good isn’t always done well. Whether I’m redesigning eldercare services in nursing homes or building cross-cultural mental health platforms for teens, I’m constantly asking: What makes some groups consistently left out — and how can systems be restructured to bring them in?

I don’t see social impact as random acts of kindness. To me, it’s a form of inquiry — mapping how power, culture, and policy shape human experience. I’m most engaged when I’m turning lived encounters into systemic questions: Why do support programs often fail those who need them most? Why does emotional care fall through bureaucratic cracks? These questions drive me to design scalable models — from volunteer pipelines to emotional data tools — that not only treat symptoms, but confront the causes.

From research synthesis to user interviews to institutional collaboration, I work across disciplines to turn insight into infrastructure. What excites me isn’t just proposing ideas, but making them speak the language of implementation — through policy diagrams, care blueprints, or inclusive storytelling. I don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room — I just want to be the one who changes how the room listens.
